The Doctor from Voyager and the Doctor from Doctor Who meet.
I've been wanting to do this FOREVER. XD Maybe it's been done before, I don't know. But I have yet to see a comic with these two myself.
I still need practice making people look like themselves. At least I don't completely fail, like I used to XD
It's better if you imagine their actual voices.
